42nd Street nightclub is situated in the heart of Manchester's city centre right next to the vibrant street of Deansgate which hosts a number of classy bars and clubs.
The nightclub is open from Monday to Saturday playing a range of indie music including madchester (Stone Roses, The Smiths, Oasis and Happy Mondays), punk, retro, britpop and modern classics such as the Arctic Monkeys.
The club has a fairly casual dress code, with no football shirts, no trackie bottoms, and no flip flops/sandals/open aired shoes for the safety of the clubbers.
The club is a fantastic venue for all those who love the indie scene and want a break from cheesy pop and the average chart hits. For those who are interested, check out the clubs website which has discount vouchers and e-flyers for discounts on drinks and que jumping.
