A warm welcome awaits you from owners Chris and Terri at this surfer-friendly, grade II listed 14th century thatched Devon longhouse, located in the charming coastal village of Croyde, only a short walk away from the award winning sandy beach of Croyde Bay.

Vale Cottage provides three cosy en suite double bedrooms, with a hearty freshly cooked full English breakfast in the mornings, included in the price. The cottage has a relaxed and friendly environment and offers excellent facilities for surfers and bodyboarders. There is a surfer's shower room, wetsuit rinsing, drying & secure surfboard storage area.

"The Manor" public house and the village centre with its restaurants, shops, surf hire outlets and of course the world renowned "The Thatch" pub are only a short stroll away. Adjacent to the cottage there are scenic walks across the hills to the beautiful sandy beaches of Saunton Sands, Putsborough and Woolacombe.
