This attractive Cottage is a 17th century stone dwelling that is part of Tobermoney Mill Village, which is situated a few miles from Downpatrick in the heart of County Down in peaceful, rolling countryside known as the "Garden of Lecale". The cottage was sympathetically restored in 2004 using traditional workmanship and materials retaining quaint and interesting features to provide the highest quality self-catering holiday accommodating for families.

The Cottage has excellent facilities including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and well appointed rooms. The Cottage also has a large secluded garden sheltered by ancient trees. The stream running alongside the garden is a very special feature and is safely fenced.

This residence is the idyllic romantic location with lovely views and situated half a mile down a private lane. Mill Cottage is an ideal base for exploring St. Patrick's country, the Mourne Mountains and the nearby Strangford Lough, one of Europe's most important marine sites and designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty.

From Belfast:Follow the signs to Newcastle A24 until Carryduff.At the roundabout take the left lane onto the A7 to Saintfield,then on to Crossgar and straight on to Downpatrick.On approaching the town turn right and follow the signs to Ardglass (B1)
