Rosebay House provides whole body massage, integrated in such a way that it makes the body feel like a unified whole. This unique style of massage with Californian, Swedish & Advanced Massage utilises long flowing strokes over the whole length of the body which results in a massage that is a whole body experience rather than a segmented routine. It incorporates aromatherapy oils, mobilisations, stretches, body rocking, energy balancing & Reiki Healing to relieve stress, body / mind holding patterns & muscular aches & pain.

Every session starts with a stress reducing massage of the whole back of the body.

Features: The Rosebay House Californian Massage is a unique style of massage. Because Californian Massage utilises long flowing connecting strokes over the whole length of the body the client needs to feel comfortable with being naked. Any form of covering interferes with the flowing nature of Californian Massage. The therapy room is always exceptionally warm, so you will be very comfortable at all times. Where back and sciatic pain is evident, therapeutic techniques with stretches are introduced for the lumbar area, hips, groin, buttocks and thighs. Shoulder mobilisations are combined with massage and stretches for the upper chest, neck & shoulder girdle. A relaxing abdomen massage is combined with back lifts to release chronic muscular tension & emotional stress.
