Pennatillie Farm

At Pennatillie, you'll wake up in the morning to the gentle sound of birdsong - what could be more perfect? Add to this - a beautiful countryside location, excellent accommodation, good home cooking and you have the recipe for a perfect holiday! We are a 450-acre dairy farm with 300 cows. You're more than welcome to watch the milking - my husband, James, loves the chance to show off his fine animals!

The farmhouse, rated AA 4 Diamonds, is quite old and has plenty of character. Each bedroom has an en suite shower - shampoo and shower gels are freely available. There is a comfortable guests' lounge and, in the cooler months, there is a cosy fire burning in here. All of our rooms are also centrally heated.

You might also like to enjoy a good Cornish farmhouse evening meal. There are good walks within the boundaries of our own farm. On a clear, sunny day, there are beautiful views from the higher fields - over the north coast and across to St Columb and the countryside beyond.
