Ventor Botanic Garden on the Isle of Wight is a place where the pleasure of plants can be enjoyed to the fullest, it is also a place where people of all ages can learn more about the wonderful world of plants and the inextricable link that we have with them.
The Garden is owned by the Isle of Wight Council and is held in perpetuity as public open space. It is free of charge to enter the grounds and the Temperate Showhouse and only car parking is charged for.
The garden includes a new visitor centre that enables people to interpret far more than before and development of an education programme.
The dedicated garden staff work hard to maintain very high standards and you can see the fruits of their labours on the Garden Walk which is a complete tour of the garden.
