The Governor's Lodge, so-called from the time it was used by the Governor's guard, is situated to the left of the Clock Tower and dates from the same period. This delightful two-storey building can accommodate up to four people and has recently been completely refurbished and newly furnished. The outlook is over unspoilt parkland with a lawn in front for relaxing outdoors.
