JJ Chalets are privately owned chalets located on the California Sands Estate, a very well run holiday park located just north of Great Yarmouth. All the chalets are brick built and are fully double-glazed. Dogs are most welcome in the chalets and on the site, for no extra charge, which makes planning your holiday a lot easier knowning you can take your dog with you.

JJ Chalets are situated four miles from Great Yarmouth, between Hemsby and Caister, ideal as a base for exploring and visiting a large area of Norfolk. The beach is only ten minutes walk down the road and it is well worth it, it really is beautiful, miles of golden sand, stretching as far as the eye can see! You can take dogs on that part of the beach and you can also fish from there.

Further Information: Prices are from 125.00 to 360.00 per week, depending on the time of year. Pets are more than welcome, free of charge, although we do look after a chalet for friends' of ours that is kept "pet free" in case anyone has allergies, if you decide to make a booking, please mention this at the time of booking. We can only take a maximum of two dogs per chalet. All dogs must be kept on leads on site, (even if they are just outside the chalet) and you must clear up after them. All bed linen is provided, free of charge, also tea towels, all you have to bring is your own personal wash towels. If you have a baby who still sleeps in a cot, for the sake of safety, we prefer you to bring his/her own bedding. There is an iron and ironing board. We have a travel cot and a high chair if you require one, we can also provide a wheelchair.
Further Information: Although the chalets are NOT adapted for the disabled, they are wheelchair accessible and in one chalet, we have altered the bathroom of one chalet so that a wheelchair fits into it and there is a larger than usual "walk-in" shower. They all have two bedrooms, in the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second bedroom there is either two singles or a "triple" bunk (double at the bottom and single at the top). There is a "click-clack" sofa bed in the lounge. That is one that opens flat to sleep on, not like those old-fashioned ones where the mattress is about an inch thick! There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and a fridge and a freezer (normal size, waist high). There is an electric shower, but you have to stand in the bath to use it. There is a £1.00 coin meter for the electric (site charge, not ours)
