A beautiful country house in a lovely countryside setting, tastefully converted into 9 individual apartments, Lyon Court is overlooks Shanklin Down, yet is close to bus & train routes, and only 10 minutes walk to the town centre or Shanklin Old Village.

All Studio Apartments have fully equipped kitchen area with full-size cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, a dining area, a lounge area with comfortable seating, TV and video, an iron, ironing board & hairdryer and central heating. Beds are made up before your arrival, and a welcome tray and under-sink items are provided.

Since 2004, all the apartments have been re-decorated, and made many improvements have been made to the facilities.

Facilities include a large landscaped garden, a heated outdoor pool and spa pool, a garden sauna, children's play area, rabbits & guinea pigs, gas barbecues and a laundry room.
