More recently, with the obvious synergy with the lettings market, the Company has diversified into estate agency where we now sell properties through-out Cardiff and The Vale.

Our particular strength and reputation within the executive apartment sector and the prolific growth of Cardiff Bay prompted the opening of our new branch in the heart of this vibrant location. We are now unique in being an independent Estate Agent with offices that span both Penarth and Cardiff Bay.
