Balmashanner Bed and Breakfast

Balmashanner House is situated on top of a hill in rural Angus near to Forfar and is only minutes from the A90 road network, which services Dundee and Aberdeen. The high vantage point affords extensive views over the Vale of Strathmore to the west and the Braes of Angus to the north.

The Lour is a Large double room with fantastic views over the Lour estate, it has a double bed, breakfast table and chairs, tea and coffee and shared bathroom with shower. The Srathmore is another large double room and the Angus is a small double room with spectacular views over the countryside and shared bathroom with shower.

All rooms are centrally heated for your comfort, local literature and reading materials are also available. All overnight room prices include a full Scottish breakfast served in the comfort of your own room - we want to make sure you are ready for your day ahead. We also offer an evening meal service of 3 courses for guests staying over two nights, but please state when booking if you require this service.
