Over 120,000 people visit each year during the 15 week summer season. Famous for our Shakespeare performances - A Midsummer Night's Dream remains a signature piece in the repertoire - each year we also produce a musical and a children's play.

The Open Air Theatre has been a permanent feature in Regent's Park, London since 1932 and is the oldest, fully professional, permanent outdoor theatre in Britain. In recent years we have also developed our Sunday concert, hosting a number of unique performances from high profile names including The Finn Brothers, KT Tunstall, Martina Topley-Bird, and Ross Noble.

On Sunday evenings we host a series of comedy and concerts. We also have an intimate indoor studio, which is the home for two weeks of comedy, dance, music and drama. Performers and directors who have worked at the Open Air Theatre include Rhys Ivans, Richard E Grant, Ralph Fiennes, and Dame Judi Dench.
