The Old Farmhouse

The Old Farmhouse offers bed and breakfast accommodation in a comfortable family home situated three miles from the racing town of Newmarket.

Standing in a pretty one acre garden, The Old Farmhouse is a charming Grade II listed medieval thatched roof home. The guest wing at the Old Farmhouse has two bedrooms that have beams, sloping floors. Both have their own full facilities, and either en suite or private bathroom. Both bedrooms are south facing and look out over the sunny terrace at the back of the house.

There is a big open fireplace in the guest sitting room that is filled with blazing logs in winter. The room is furnished with antiques and guests enjoy relaxing in the comfortable chairs. Breakfast and dinner are taken at the old oak refectory table in the dining room in winter; in the summer many guests prefer to take their meals on the sunny terrace. Delicious packed lunches and gourmet dinners are available on request.
