Number 30 is within 5 minutes easy walk of the Roman Baths, the Royal Crescent, the Assembly Rooms, the Theatre Royal, and the main shopping areas with the full range of speciality shops.

Bath's roads and streets can be crowded at times and parking is at a premium. Once you arrive at Number 30 you can park your car and forget about it until the day you depart.

All rooms have been completely refurbished within the last year and are light and airy. Colour televisions with teletext, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Free email and WiFi available.
