Majority Cottage is an historic, thatched and timber-framed, Grade II Listed Cottage, dating from around 1580, and offers excellent accommodation for the discerning holiday-maker or business traveller. With the wonderful surrounding countryside to explore, the option of a short seven minute drive into the heart of Norwich (a city Famous for it's castle, museums and historic buildings), or a trip on the river Yare into the famous Norfolk Broads, you will find Majority Cottage is ideally situated so that you are able to enjoy all this fine County has to offer.
Majority Cottage has two guest bedrooms only, so you are sure to enjoy a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. A double and a twin bedroom are available and each room has its own private bathroom, bathrobes supplied, tea and coffee-making facilities, radio and alarm. Your own private sitting room, in which to relax, has a TV and a music system. From this room you can view part of the gardens, which overlook open fields and woodland.

- Majority Cottage is situated on the edge of the old Ketteringham Hall Estate and offers a peaceful and relaxing setting for your enjoyment. The gardens extend to just over 1.35 acres and were landscaped during recent years to include a wide selection of flowers and shrubs, which attract an abundance of birds and other wildlife. Majority Cottage is surrounded by trees and woodland and very often red deer can be seen close by. The gardens also contain a very good selection of old roses, which offer a cascade of colour through early summer. You will find ample seating around the garden in which to sit and relax and, of course enjoy your breakfast. Tea and coffee can be served in the gardens if required.
