The Bell is extremely popular with Baths indie scenesters and the pub is always packed. It has an outside courtyard, which is great in the summer. The pub offers live music three times a week, a games room, chess, darts and even rickshaws to get visitors home in style after one too many of the guest ales. Free internet access is provided - Wi-Fi hotspot for laptops, table football, bar billiards and chess. The pub is also child & dog friendly
The Bell Inn prides itself on its fresh, organic and fairtrade produce: freshly made vegetarian & vegan rolls, organic fairtrade coffee, fairtrade tea and freshly squeezed orange juice not to mention Green & black organic chocolate and Tyrrells vegetable & Salty Dog crisps.
The Times described the pub as: "A vibrant welcoming pub... All human life is here... It's probably not the place to take a maiden aunt (unless she's a fan of Real Ale, North African jazz bands or piped reggae)... A friendly place that's highly rated by real ale buffs and those who enjoy free live music."
