Oats Royd Barn situated in Luddenden,Yorkshire offers bed & breakfast or self-catering accommodation in the comfort of a superbly converted 19th century mill stable, now a large, luxurious, and very unusual family home.

Bed and Breakfast accommodation caters for most families or small groups, with a large en suite room that can easily have cot and/or bed added. Home comforts such as absorbing books, TV and tea/coffee are provided in your room and downstairs in the dining lounge. High quality bed linen, towels are provided and fresh local produce is used wherever possible for a choice of full English or continental breakfast.

Self catering accommodation consists of an open-plan Loft Apartment that sleeps 4 in extreme comfort. It has a double bed on a raised, screened platform and a cosy twin room up in the roof. There is also a single settee-bed in the main seating area.The lounge area has a wood-burning stove (as well as central heating), TV video and CD radio, the kitchen is fully equipped to the highest level and a spacious bathroom has bath with shower over.
