Located in Poole and part of the Chine Hotel, the Sea View restaurant's AA Red Rosette for the quality of its food is matched only by its fantastic views, over the treetops and out to sea.

Open for both lunch and dinner, this is one of the most charming and welcoming rooms in the hotel - and its cosy cocktail bar is the perfect place for a tempting aperitif, or in the winter months, to savour that after-dinner liqueur by the fireside.

With freshly caught fish, carefully selected cuts of meat and excellent vegetarian options using local produce when available, the Sea View's mouth watering menu is accompanied by a superb wine list catering for every palate.
