A second floor flat for weekend let, The Beach Pad is a great alternative to hotel or B&B accommodation, particularly if you are travelling in a group. With classic Brighton views across the iconic Brighton Pier, promenade and beach front, the flat is in an ideal position.

The flat features three double bedrooms, each with a double bed that can be split into singles and a further single pullout bed underneath makes for complete flexibility and increases the sleeping capacity from a very comfortable six to a possible nine. The two bathrooms are equipped with washbasin, toilet and bath with mixer shower, and the larger of these also has a separate walk-in shower unit.

As for the kitchen/lounge/diner, it makes full use of the Regency style frontage, with French windows opening out to it's own balcony onto magnificent sea views. The decor and furnishings are contemporary and stylish with big leather sofas, good-sized dining table and a kitchen generously kitted out with Smeg appliances.
