Three gates farm is situated on the outskirts of Manchester in Middleton, with easy access to the city centre, Manchester Airport, Rochdale and Oldham.

The bed and breakfast is set in peaceful countryside, offering 3 single and 1 twin bedroom, all of which are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, television and hospitality tray. Guests are also treated to breakfast on a daily basis in the comfortable dining room.

Three Gates Farm is a great base to explore the city of Manchester whilst enjoying peaceful accommodation. The city of Manchester has a host of museums including the Science and industry Museum, and the Urbis centre. The city is renowned for it's sport with Manchester United's ground a short drive away. The MEN arena hosts a range of popular musical acts on a weekly basis.
