With a strong commitment to the best and freshest ingredients, Glenn Bowman has taken the best from Australia and the best from Spain to create a sensational menu that is perfectly suited to Noosa's lazy lifestyle and sub-tropical climate.

The Alegria restaurant interior uses dark wood and olive tones and looks out across the ocean. For large groups, a great way to start is with a selection of tapas.

Order a couple of dishes each and watch everyone really get involved. Decorated with lashings of deep orange, magenta and rose red, the bar is a separate room altogether. Low-set tables and comfy stools make this more like a lounge room. Many start off with a sampling of tapas before moving through to the restaurant.

Pop in for a pre or post dinner drink, or just pop in. Open from 5pm, the bar at Alegria is a fabulous venue in its own right.

Interesting food with a Spanish tapas leaning. My spatchcock was fantastic. Worth a look and a drive out of Noosa heads. ... Read More
