Reflex Bar

Reflex is Bristol's one and only 80's bar. If you want to travel back to a time when the music scene involved blokes that were more glamorous than the girls and Michael Jackson was still black, then this is the place for you!

Reflex in Baldwin Street is fairly new on the scene and has only been open for about a month. As to be expected it is going down a storm. When we were on the crowded dance floor we heard that there was over 200 people outside waiting to get in. But why is this the case you might ask? The 80's were never the greatest era of music (despite what the enthusiastic DJ might say). So, what is the attraction?

I think the success of Reflex is down to a number of things, first of all if you were a child of the 80's there's no better place to take a trip down memory lane. As Kylie's Locomotion was played it was an instant flashback to the school disco. An attempt of a conga train didn't really work this time round though!
