A new restaurant on the Brighton scene, Decorum is set in the shadow of the Royal Pavilion, in the centre of it all, yet somehow maintaining a 'tucked-away' feel. As the name might suggest, there is definitely an air of quiet modesty about this well-turned out eatery and you know that you are in good hands the minute you arrive.
The menu offers an English-French fusion, lovingly crafted each week to provide a nicely balanced range of meats, poultry, fish and vegetarian dishes - there is always something new and delicious to try. The wine list is kept short and to the point which relieves the diner of that bain of restaurant dining - the over-long, epic menu.
