Sezincote is a beautiful and extraordinary residence set within the Cotswold Hills. Built in 1810, the properties architecture is in the Mogul Style of Rajasthan. With central dome, peacock-tail windows, pavilions, and Persian gardens, the building represents all that was lavish in times past.
The house is set within a beautiful water garden, with pools, waterfalls, a grotto and a temple that is dedicated to Surya, the Hindu deity of the Sun.
The residence is happy to accommodate groups out of normal hours, and both the house and garden are open to the public. Visit the residence that inspired the Brighton Pavilion.
