The cottage is within easy walking distance of the river and the old tramway bridge that leads directly to the Memorial Theatre. The tourist information office, Stratford's many restaurants, cafes and shops are all very close at hand.

The property contains two bedrooms, one double and one single. There is excellent heating and a well-facilitated kitchen, which includes an oven, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as other facilities.

The cottage minutes away from Shakespeare's birthplace and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, as well as being in close vicinity to the Cotswolds, Oxford, Bath, and Warwick.
