I am licensed by North Cornwall District Council as a private hire operator ( licence No.2 ) and as a licensed private hire driver ( licence No. 519 ).To qualify, the vehicle has been inspected and passed by Ministry of Transport inspectors at Cornwall County Council, and furthermore the vehicle carries a full first aid kit and 2 fire extinguishers which are also examined by the inspectors.
