Located in Kent, Wing Tchun Schools teach the Chinese martial art of Wing Tchun, which is based on adaptability. Students are taught how to deal with all types of self-defence situations using the least complicated techniques. Wing Tchun follows a set of governing principles, which direct all of our actions, rather than teaching a different series of techniques for every conceivable attack. All of the movements taught can be applied in a variety of different situations, following the governing principles.

Wing Tchun uses only the smallest of movements and straight-line strikes to make it one of the most efficient fighting systems in existence. Sound body mechanics Wing Tchun follows the scientific principles of physics and anatomy to make it effective even against a stronger and faster attacker. Wing Tchun teaches the dedicated student to use an attacker's force against them and to not fight against the strength of a larger opponent.
