Bratton Mill near Barnstaple is an idyllic holiday hideaway situated by a trout stream in its own picturesque 28 acre wooded valley. It is surrounded by wildlife and adjacent to a former mill and is tucked away at the end of a quiet private lane only half a mile from Bratton Fleming on Exmoor's western border.
There are opportunities for extensive walking (including the magnificent Southwest Coast Path) and riding. In the village there is a post office, garage (with small shop), Village Stores and delicatessen, hostelry and churches.
North Devon's beautiful beaches at Saunton, Combe Martin, Woolacombe, Croyde and Putsborough are only a short drive away. Horse riding, shooting, fishing and golf can be arranged locally.
For the outdoor enthusiast there are miles of walks, rides and cycling from the front door through outstanding scenery. Stabling and grazing are available.
