Lake District Backpackers Hostel is situated in the heart of Windermere, close to the town's shops, pubs, cafes and attractions.
The family run backpackers hostel offers a range of cosy small dorms, alongside a self-catering kitchen and friendly common room with Sky TV, and internet access. The hostel also has security lockers to ensure your equipment is safe and a laundry room.
The hostel is a great base for exploring a range of activities including sailing, canoeing, mountain-biking and fell walking. Windermere is also the home to museums dedicated to famous writers including Wordsworth and Beatrix Potter. Guests are situated just a short stroll from the local pubs, shops and nightlife, to keep you entertained in the evenings.
