St. Christopher's Newquay is a paradise for surfers and has bagged itself a prime location with fantastic views and all this comes at a fabulously low rate. The waters around Cornwall are the best that the UK has to offer for surfing and Newquay alone has 11 beaches with 7 miles of sand.
This hostel sits on a cliff overlooking Towan Beach, whilst the nearby beaches of North and South Fistral, (competition standard), Great Western, Tolcarne, Lusty Glaze and Watergate are within very easy reach. Its position makes this hostel one of the places to be during the Rip Curl Newquay Boardmasters Yearly Festival.
Newquay is steeped in history, legends surrounding King Arthur live on and the ruins of Tintagel Castle are nearby. Visit busy and picturesque fishing villages or the acclaimed Eden Project is just a short bus ride away. Newquay has a rich and vibrant nightlife, but with an onsite bar you may not want to venture further afield.
At Belushi's bar you can take in panoramic views over the ocean, from the cliff top beer garden . Enjoy great deals on food and drinks throughout the year, accompanied by live music over the weekends. You can relax watching the surf from the out door hot tub with a cocktail in hand or you can join in the surf with our very own surf school.
