This hidden gem is one of Lynmouth's finest houses - a beautiful grade II listed Georgian building dating back to 1721, which commands stunning views over the harbour and the sea beyond. It would be difficult to find a more peaceful, elegant place to stay in this famous and bustling harbour side village.

We have created a luxurious environment in which our guests can expect the highest standard with meticulous attention to detail and personalised customer service.

Walking and surfing are the most popular pursuits of holiday makers in this most scenic part of the North Devon coast. Most of the walks can be taken directly from our front door including the famous Two-Moors Way and the Valley of The Rocks.

For the less energetic however, the car is an equally enjoyable mode of transport and the country lanes and scenic coastal routes are exceptional, as are the many villages and towns of Exmoor all of which offer something special for the visitor.

Getting There: Lynmouth is situated in Exmoor National Park on the A39 between Minehead and Barnstaple.From M5 exit Jct 23 (Bridgwater)and follow the A39 towards Minehead continue on to Porlock along the coast to Lynmouth, or from the M5 exit jct 27 (Tiverton) and follow the A361 to South Molton, right at the Little Chef roundabout on to the A399 to Blackmoor Gate and right again onto the A39 to Lynmouth.
Awards: Sea View Villa has been recently recognised with the highest award for breakfast and evening meals by the AA.

I have stayed here before, the food, the host's Chris and Steve, everything about Seaview Villa is excellent, after anyone of the great meals, ideal location for walking it off, just next to the river that takes you up to Watersmeet ... Read More
