Excellent indoor & outdoor community & sports facilities for everyone and everything is available at the unique and recently extended and refurbished Bawnacre Centre.

Built on a hillside at the edge of the town, overlooking the outdoor playing fields but integrated into the site to harmonise with the surroundings, the Bawnacre Centre is finished in a colourful extravaganza of reds and greens, presenting an exciting image which is both bright and aesthetically pleasing.

In addition to the provision of facilities the Centre also offers a wide variety of enjoyable and exciting events, dances, concerts, discos, Children's Theme and Birthday Parties, coaching courses, adult education classes and organised youth activities.
