Kinneskie House

Situated on the Black Isle, 1½ miles from the village of Munlochy, Kinneskie House is a large modern bungalow offering comfortable and friendly bed and breakfast accommodation.

The guesthouse has a peaceful location surrounded by farm and woodland and with superb views across the Moray Firth to the Cairngorm National Park and beyond. Kinneskie House accommodation consists of two modern, clean, comfortable rooms: a double and a twin room and there is a comfortable guest lounge, where you can relax, read, watch the TV and meet fellow travellers.

The are many beautiful walks in the area, especially the RSPB reserves at Fairy Glen and Udale bay, and Ben Wyvis at 3432ft, is just a short distance away, as is Chanonry Point, reputed to be the best place in the UK to see Bottle Nosed Dolphins.
