The Swan is actually within the famous Lamberhurst Vineyard and only 15 minutes south of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Under the watchful eyes of Sean and Vanessa Arnett, the restaurant uses local produce as much as possible and because they have many regular customers the menu changes every four or five weeks.
The cuisine, whilst focusing on modern British, can include quirky dishes such as kangaroo or crocodile. Sean says "there is nothing quite like it outside of London". In addition to the main menu they always offer an ever evolving choice of home created specials plus an exciting bar menu. The wine list features a large range of English wines and in particular Chapel Down wines, from Tenterden in Kent.
