A national museum in an historic London town house, The Wallace Collection comprises of 25 galleries with unsurpassed displays of French 18th century painting, furniture and porcelain with superb Old Master paintings and a world class armoury.
The Wallace Collection is a national museum, which displays the wonderful works of art, collected in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries by the first four Marquesses of Hertford and Sir Richard Wallace, the son of the 4th Marquess. Sir Richard's widow, Lady Wallace, bequeathed it to the British nation in 1897.
The shop sells a wide range of gifts and books, many exclusive to The Wallace Collection and inspired by the paintings and decorative arts in the collection, including the popular range of tableware, stationery, greeting cards, scarves and china.
