A short drive away you'll find a variety of beachside restaurants and cafés, weekend markets, shopping centre, bars and nightclubs. The Sunset Coast is perfect for water activities such as surfing, swimming, snorkelling, fishing, diving, boat excursions and whale watching (in season). Nearby Mullaloo has a great swimming beach.

All bedrooms are equipped with side tables, reading lamps, linen, pillows etc. Across the road from the villa is a walking path leading to the beach and panoramic view points. Petrol stations, a hairdressing salon, a bakery, Chinese restaurant, newsagent, medical centre and pharmacies are within 10 minutes walk from the villa. Perth holiday villa is a perfect place for families with children, with both indoor and outdoor games, including a walk on the beach, fishing, a round of golf, shopping or just taking in the scenery.
Special Features: The master bedroom and two other bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two single beds for children. The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite and walk-in-robe, a balcony with panoramic ocean views and a large lounge/sitting area with a television. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and games rooms with modern lounge with a large television and large a dining area.
