Cowans is a traditional farmhouse cottage that offers bed and breakfast accommodation in an idyllic natural landscape with unspoilt panoramic views.

The guest rooms are situated in a converted barn and all rooms are ground level with en-suites, fresh towels daily, colour TVs, double glazed windows and heating, with tranquil views of the garden and fishing loch. Alongside the lower loch there is also a static caravan available for self-catering or bed and breakfast acommodation during the summer months.

The property has two lochs where guests are welcome to fish free of charge. The smaller loch has small to medium sized fish, ideal for the beginner and the top loch, is 2 acres in size contains some truly great fish. Cowans Farm Guesthouse is located in the countryside on the edge of the delightful village of Kirkgunzeon, yet only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful City of Dumfries.
