Built in 1802, The Dolbadarn Hotel was originally a Coaching Hotel, and one of the earliest buildings to be erected in the village.

The Dolbadarn Hotel is a friendly, family run hotel. Under the personal supervision of the Jones family, it offers accommodation all year round, and is located in the heart of Snowdonia, in Llanberis, North Wales. The hotel endeavours to extend a warm welcome to all their visitors and to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Dolbadarn means, The Meadow of Padarn. With two steam railways, the famous Snowdon Mountain Railway and its gentler cousin, the Llyn Padarn Railway, fascinating Quarry Museum and informative Environmental Centre, Llanberis has much to offer the visitor quite apart from the natural beauty to be found in exploring its many walks and enjoying its varied outdoor activities.

I had a single room, with a bathroom next door (Not en-suite). Bathroom had bath, (dirty), toilet, (seat broken) and no shower. A shower room was available but was down a couple of corridors. Shower room was small, and needed replacing ... Read More
