A family run inn, free house, restaurant and B&B; situated on the edge of the village of Staple, Kent, The Black Pig is a fine old 15th Century, timbered building, with a large garden and ample parking. The building has a very interesting history, and was constructed from the timbers of local shipwrecks (Wrecked off the coast in the year 1588).
An extensive range of homemade meals, using locally sourced food are on offer Monday to Sunday: From 12:00 till 2:00 & 7:00 till 9:00. A la Carte menu: Monday to Sunday (pm). Table d'hôte menu: Wednesday & Thursday (p.m.). Bar meals served daily.
Accommodation at The Black Pig consists of 5 rooms a; 2 single, 2 double and one twin. All rooms are En-Suite and are equipped with hair dryers, colour TV's, power showers, wireless Broadband Internet connection and tea & coffee making facilities.
