Blue Barn Farm stands at the heart of a 450-acre family-run working farm on the lovely Welbeck Estate in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside. The property has views to Sherwood Forest and Clumber, and contains a delightful bed and breakfast with an additional self catering holiday cottage to accommodate nine.

Bed and Breakfast guests stay in the spacious Victorian farmhouse, which has three guest bedrooms (one twin en suite; one double room; one family room) all with washbasins and TV. Guests have the use of a comfortable lounge with colour TV and a peaceful garden. For self-catering, Blue Barn Cottage has four bedrooms, lounge, dining room; fully fitted kitchen and utility room.

The grounds and surrounding farmland are beautifully maintained and together with the delightful accommodation, provides a wonderful holiday experience. Nottinghamshire, famed for Robin Hood, is an ideal location for a short relaxing break or, with so much to do, it makes an excellent holiday location.

Getting There: Directions from M1: Leave at junction 30, take A616 signed Newark, come through villages of Clowne & Creswell. A mile out of Cresswell is a right hand turn fro Langwith Whaley Thorns. Itr is important to ignore this and stay on the A616 for another 0.5mile. As you approach a left hand bend, slow down. Our lane is imediately prior to the bend to the right.
Further Information: Directions from Cuckney: Leave the main A60 at Cuckney on the A616 for Sheffield. Approximately a mile from Cuckney there is a left hand bend followed by a right hand bend, take the second lane on the left when the houses of Cuckney finish, along a track past the keepers cottage, round the stackyard and park in front of the stone barn.
