Slate House Cottage

Slatehouse Cottage is a traditional farm cottage set on a working farm in a secluded location away from the main farm buildings. The cottage is located at the foot of the hills between the villages of Dunscore and Moniaive on the banks of the river Cairn, just 14 miles north of Dumfries.

The cottage is self-catering and has three bedrooms sleeping up to seven people. The cottage is surrounded by its own walled garden and the sitting room has an cozy open coal fire.

Slate House Cottage is pet friendly and fishing for trout & salmon on the river Cairn can also be arranged.
