Barker Bakes supply bespoke celebration cakes for all occasions, whether you want a small one tier wedding cake for a close family function, to a large multi-tiered cake. Whichever it is, the cake you commission from the business will be all hand crafted.

All cakes are baked to order on the premises with any special requirements taken into account e.g. egg less cakes, diabetic or vegetarian requirements. Only fresh and natural ingredients are used for cakes, including free-range eggs. There are no artificial additives or preservatives.

It is possible to select a cake from a broad range, yet it is also possible to have a personally created cake to you exact specifications. The recipes are all tried, trusted and delicious.

Please Note: Consultations are free and can be over the phone, via email, or in person (the latter is only available in the Midlands area), or by appointment. It is recommend these are carried out 3-6 months prior to the occasion, as not all designs are possible as originally requested (e.g. portion requirements) and some have to be altered significantly. It is better to discover this when there is still time to either carry out the appropriate research and sourcing or to reconsider the design.
Further Information: A non-refundable deposit (£40) is required when the order is placed, with the balance payable one month prior to delivery of the cake. Cash, cheque, debit or credit cards are accepted for payment. Cheques can be sent with the order if posted, or the business can call and take credit/debit card payment over the phone.
