Four charming holiday apartments in a 500 year old listed building in Ilfracombe's historic harbour conservation area, 50m to sea. The apartments sleep between 2 & 5 and can be booked together to provide flexible accommodation for up to 15.

The décor is tastefully modern. The ground floor is accessible by wheelchair, all lounges have hearing induction loops. Families and children are welcome, we offer free use of baby equipment - cot, high chair etc. There are restaurants and amenities all close by.

Apartment 1: 1 bedroom, ground floor. Sleeps 2 - 4. Apartment 2: 1 bedroom, first floor. Sleeps 2 - 4. Apartment 3: 2 bedrooms, second floor. Sleeps 2 - 5. Apartment 4: Studio, third floor. Sleeps 2+. This apartment sits cosily in the eaves of the building and original beams & features make it ideal for a romantic weekend for two.

Info for Disabled: All apartments have hearing induction loops as standard, doorways have been painted in contrasting colours to their surrounds to aid the partially sighted & information can be provided on a CD. The ground floor is accessible by wheelchair, allslight steps having been replaced with ramps and grap rails in bathroom. Motorised wheelchairs, mobility schooters and other equipement can be hired (free but they do ask for a donation) in ILfracombe and we can pick up whatever you require so that it is available as soon as you arrive
Pet Friendly: We welcome a well behaved dog (as do most of the local pubs). We are quite happy to accept other pets and more than one dog with assurances from the owner.
