Lower Marsh Farm in Exater offers gracious and comfortable bed & breakfast accommodation for discerning visitors in a charming four hundred year old Grade II listed manor house set in its own extensive grounds of gardens, lawns and paddocks in a pretty Devon hamlet, eight miles east of the ancient cathedral city of Exeter, south-west of England.

Lower Marsh Farm is a peaceful, unspoilt spot for a few days bed and breakfast break in beautiful and historic East Devon, with easy access to the Jurassic Coast, Dartmoor, Exmoor, and Torbay, or perfect for a pleasant and relaxing night's stop-over. There is ample parking within the grounds.

Getting There: Directions to find us: Via A30 from the East About eight miles west of Honiton, leave A30 at the exit signposted to 'Ottery St. Mary and Exmouth' and at mini roundabout at end of slip road follow B3180 signs towards Exmouth (not B3174 towards Ottery). After about 3/4 mile turn right at crossroads signposted to 'Marsh Green' and follow lane for just over a mile until you see the village sign (on the left) for Marsh Green. The entrance to our drive is also on the left, just by the village sign. Via A30 from West About six miles east of Exeter, leave A30 at exit signposted 'Ottery St. Mary' and at mini roundabout at end of slip road take the third exit over A30 and then at next mini roundabout take B3180 towards Exmouth. (not B3174 towards Ottery).
