Heath Gardens is a listed artisan's cottage located on the outskirts of the village of Broadclyst, five miles from the centre of the cathedral city of Exeter. Broadclyst is an ideal location for exploring Mid and East Devon. The National Trust's Killerton House and Knightshayes are 5 minutes and 30 minutes drive respectively.
The cottage has undergone major renovation in recent years with period features like this inglenook fireplace being sympathetically restored. The bedrooms (one on the ground floor) all have a southern aspect overlooking open countryside.
