The Braeside Guesthouse is a Grade 2 listed building situated in the heart of the historic city of Exeter with easy access to its two train stations, Exeter St. David's and Exeter Central. This provides quick and easy access to the main shops while itself remaining in a quiet location.

The city centre is just a five minute walk away which is rich with a wide variety of shops to cater for your every need.

Places of interest include the cathedral, the underground passages, Harlequins Shopping Centre, theatres as well as many clubs, pubs and varying styles of restaurants. The Quay and the canal basin is home to a number of cafés and restaurants where you can find a traditional cream tea or an afternoon out for a meal.

Getting There
If arriving by road: Leave the M5 motorway at junction 30, following the signs to the Services. Take the first exit at the Services roundabout, signposted Park & Ride/Middlemoor (B3183). Take a second exit at the next roundabout, signposted City Centre/Heavitree. Keep travelling straight on, through Heavitree village, taking the right handed fork at the very top of the hill. Go down the hill and take the second exit at the roundabout. Go straight on at the traffic lights before Debenhams store and into New North Road, following the road to the left at the mini-roundabout. We are 150 metres on the right, just before the Clock Tower.
