Old Quarry Cottage is a pretty B&B that has en-suite rooms in a lovely stone cottage with a superb adjacent Coach House apartment suite. The cottage has wooden beams, old pine doors, flowers in the window boxes, antiques, pictures, lovely linen, fluffy towels and comfy beds.

Breakfasts are renowned at the Old Quarry Cottage. Only the best local produce is used, cooked on the Aga and served in the delightful traditional conservatory overlooking the garden.

The property is in a pretty village setting with a short stroll to the excellent Feathers Inn gastro-pub. It is a wonderful part of Shropshire, and not far away are the many delightful market towns of Much Wenlock, Ludlow, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury and the World Heritage Site of the Ironbridge Gorge.

Getting There: Brockton is about five miles from Much Wenlock on the B4378 road to Ludlow and Craven Arms. Upon reaching the crossroads in Brockton by the Feathers Inn, turn right towards Easthope. There is a stream running alongside the road. About 200 yards on the right before you come to the school, turn into a small Parish car park across a small stone bridge over the stream. The driveway to Old Quarry Cottage is up on the left. The nearest Railway Station is at Church Stretton - 8 miles.
