Killeavy Cottage

Killeavy Cottage is located on the lower slopes of Slieve Gullion, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, commanding magnificent views of The Mourne Mountains. The area is protected from the noise and bustle of everyday life giving you tranquillity surrounded by unspoilt countryside.

The cottage has oil fired central heating and sleeps up to 6 people.The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and ironing facilities. The spacious lounge has a large picture window with stunning views of the Mourne Mountains and the surrounding valleys and drumlins. An oak wooden floor plus open fire (turf available) with TV and very comfortable seating make this an oasis of serenity.The bathroom is spacious and bright with an Electric Shower. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Additionally, 2 Fold-up beds are available.

There is a patio area, complete with garden furniture, and on summer evenings the calmness of the countryside is only interrupted by the singing of birds in nearby Slieve Gullion Forest.
