LATITUDE 34 offers luxurious beachfront house accommodation in Gerroa, just a 90-minute drive south of Sydney. This stylish, private and totally relaxing house is perfect for a break and re-charging the batteries.

LATITUDE 34 accommodates up to six people in the three plush, large and contemporary bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own lounge area, so you can 'get away' from everyone else. The master bedroom also overlooks the wet edge pool and has stunning views of the Pacific Ocean......you will feel like you are on an ocean liner!!

Sliding doors open to a vast entertaining deck, complete with the wet edge pool. You can laze about and sun tan in lounge chairs or enjoy a meal or drink under the market umbrella.

Whatever you decide to do, you will be mesmerised by the natural beauty of Gerroa and its surrounds. It won't take long for you to be totally relaxed and wishing life was always this good!

Location: LATITUDE 34 was recently reviewed by the Sydney Magazibe as 'one of NSW's best Beach Houses'......a tremendous accolade! LATITUDE 34 at Gerroa is only a 90 minute drive south of Sydney. Once you join the Princes Highway, you remain on the highway and exit at the Gerringong turn off. The house is only a 5 minute drive from this point. You may wish to drive direct to Gerroa after you leave Sydney or you may wish to take a more leisurely approach and enjoy the spectacular scenery along the way, along with many well known and famous tourist destinations.
Further Information: Rates at LATITUDE 34 start from $1400 for a weekend stay (Friday 4pm to Sunday 5pm), $1995 for a weekdays stay (Monday 2pm to Friday 10am), or a week and weekend stay for $3350 (Monday 2pm to Sunday 5pm). Special rates apply for school holidays, Easter and Christmas.
