Our Holiday Homes are located in good residential neighbourhoods close to the shops, bus routes and the City Centre.

Eldertree Gardens - Occupying a pleasant location in this very central neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of the two main line railway stations and the Guildhall Shopping Centre. Exeter University and the Northcott Theatre are about one mile away.

Barrack Road - awarded the Tourist Board's three star award, this house is situated in a favoured residential neighbourhood about one mile from the City Centre. The local shopping centres in Heavitree, Magdalen Road and Livery Dole are within a few hundred yards.

Watermore Court - One of twenty four individually owned residential flats, ours being totally refurbished in March 2004, occupying a prominent corner site just over half a mile from the City Centre.

The property we stayed in was immaculate with nice homely touches and one good bus route to the city centre (2 mins). The proprietor collected us from the bus station and took us to a supermarket for groceries before delivering us to the house and explaining local facilities to us ... Read More
